Steve Miller is a serial business builder in the financial news and data arena. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Steve played a vital role in taking several successful entrepreneurial ventures from startup to exit.
Most notably, he was co-founder and CEO of Portfolio Management Data, which he sold to Standard & Poor's in 2000 and continued to run that business under the Leveraged Commentary and Data (LCD) name until March 2016.
He was also a founding investor and advisor in LoanX, which was acquired by Markit Group in 2003, and a founding investor and board chair of Black Mountain Systems, which was acquired by Stone Point Capital in 2015.
Prior to founding Covenant Review, Adam B. Cohen was a corporate finance attorney with Latham & Watkins and an investment banker with Lehman Brothers. He founded Covenant Review in 2005 as the world's first boutique research firm focused on corporate bond and loan covenants.
He was one of seven contributors to the American Bar Association's Model Negotiated Covenants Project and is on the Credit Roundtable where he was instrumental in the development of the "White Paper" for model covenants for the investment grade universe.
He also co-authored two chapters in Frank Fabozzi's Handbook of Fixed Income Securities, Eighth Edition and has been cited by the Delaware Chancery Court on indenture matters.

Shasha Dai joined Fulcrum Financial Data after spending nearly 12 years covering private equity special situations and the credit markets for Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal.
Prior to joining Dow Jones, she worked at Reuters's Beijing bureau, and previously was the business and economic correspondent for the international channel of China Central Television.
Shasha is an award-winning multimedia journalist and an experienced interviewer, moderator, and TV commentator. She contributed to CNBC, Fox Business, and WSJ Video, and helped organize and moderate events by WSJ Pro Private Equity, a specialized publication by WSJ.
Tom Dehn came to Fulcrum Financial Data after several years as a divisional CFO working with Bloomberg L.P.
Tom began his career at KPMG and the New York Power Authority. He then spent nine years at Institutional Investor, the financial media firm, including five years as CFO.
He has also served as CFO and Interim CEO at Imaginova Corp. and as VP of Finance at International Masters Publishers, Inc.

Minaxi Kesra has 11 years of experience covering leveraged finance, distressed debt, and corporate restructuring in Europe. She spent six years as a convertible bond analyst at Morgan Stanley and Commerzbank prior to moving into financial journalism in 2003.

Joe started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in their Technology Solutions group. He then spent nearly a decade as a technology consultant and software engineer.

Scott VanHoy joined Leeds Equity in 2010. Mr. VanHoy has over 15 years of private equity and investment banking experience across a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Leeds Equity, Mr. VanHoy spent four years with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Prior to joining DLJMB, Mr. VanHoy spent three years at Quad-C Management, a middle market private equity firm.
